Wendy's in Ohio

"It's always convenient and pretty cheap with some of their prices/deals. I've never gone inside. My only experience has been through the drive-through. I would recommend double checking your order from time to time or making sure you know what you want, sometimes weather it's been from long hours/line or so, some of my orders have been wrong or missing something"

"Very good food. My first positive experience with a Wendy's restaurant in a long time. Food was really good. Fries were fresh. My only negative statement is about the floor. We went on a dry day. But the floor feels so greasy. My feet were sliding around way too much."

"Everything was good as expected. Did get the order wrong however. Ordered a Dave's double combo, only got a single. That was corrected. Had 2 unsweetened teas, both were sweet. That was corrected. Food was hot and tasty with exceptional service. Didn't take long at all to receive the order. Drink machine Didn't work and had to get drinks from behind the counter."

"This location on the South side of Delaware was recently updated to focus on drive through traffic. It has all the standard menu items offered. Food quality is above average for fast food. I like the AI ordering system as it has improved the accuracy of items received. It does try to upsell, so be forwarned."

"I feel sometimes they forget they work customer service. You can definitely tell they are only there for the paycheck they don't smile or greet you like other places. Some days you feel as though you are an inconvenience for stopping there. I have worked fast food I get it's not pleasant especially on bad days but it's important to make a customer feel welcome in order to have a job to come to. Other than that food is good!"

"It's not a bad Wendy's. It's just that if you order your sandwich different like no cheese, it will totally break them when they serve it. They always put cheese on every sandwich. And sometimes they forget things in your order so it's always a good thing to check before you leave."
